XCED for Solaris - a multiple sequence alignment editor

XCED for Solaris/SPARC
This is VERY experimental! Use the CUI version or the linux version if possible.

XCED.pkg (built on SunOS 5.6 on SPARC, 2003/01/16)

This package consists of a main program (/usr/bin/xced) and some subprograms installed into /usr/share/xced. A modified version of protml (Adachi and Hasegawa 1996) is also included in this package.

Installation

# pkgadd -d XCED.pkg
